It was beyond my expectations. The only3 things were the noise from people playing music, the hard water and the charge of resort fees when I haven’t seen a single lifeguard on duty.

Jacuzzi, pool, inside is what I liked. Staff had an I don’t care attitude. Black ladies at the desk very nice and smiling. Archie was ok but the other supervisor and manager gentleman was very non chalant and I don’t care attitude

It was ok but had trouble with noise and wifi

I absolutely love this hotel. Unlike the other westgate hotel chains,it was more quiet and parkjng was great! Only complaint is room had lots of ants.

We enjoyed ourselves. Property is clean safe every door that you come in from outside the hotel you have to swipe your key. They had games such as Jenga connect four that we really enjoy playing that one, two and three in the morning. We enjoyed the pool we only got in one which was the first fool that was eight feet deep. The rooms were well put together and spacious and clean.
