The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Everyone there is nice and thoughtful. The room I stayed in was clean for the most part. The only thing is they had a green and blue stained sheet on my bed when I arrived. I could tell it had been washed before and was just stained. But I don’t know why they wouldn’t just throw that sheet out since it was stained badly. But that’s my only complaint. A great resort to get to and from the park. I would return in the future

A definitely will stay again! Loved the boat ride to Universal! Great food options! Pool resort area was beautiful!!! Sand area by pool was a plus! Gym was Super! Arcade was fun! Pingpong tables a blast! A Must Stay Place! Thank you for super great & friendly staff! We loved all 3 rooms & right by each other a plus!

We will stay here again. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and loved the boat ride to City Walk, it was fast and not a very long wait for the boats to arrive. We had a short trip and next time we are planning on spending time at the pool and enjoy the resort more. We had room service at 2:00am and although it had a small amount of options, it was good.

The pool area was very nice.
Would of been nice to keep it open til 11/12pm at night for adult guests. Truly only stayed here for the pool area. Overall prefer Aventura and would not come back.

It was extremely kid and adult friendly. It was a wonderful combination. Food and Service was excellent and we loved the huge Tv's in the lobby where we could sit and enjoy dinner and watch the basketball playoffs. We had a wonderful vacation and will be going back again.
