ONE HUNDRED PERCENT DIFFERENT BY THE NICKLE AND DIMMING OF TUR (Totally Unanticipated Robery) By Hilton!
My flight was two hours late arriving from Panamn city Panama. In a would were first impression is everything. We where confronted by a vagrant sleeping outside at the entrance to the building. I was very concerned as to the quality of the your establishment. Upon entering I asked the person at the front desk about the vagrant. I was told that he was a guest who passed out and fell asleep there so it was OK! This was signs of what was coming! Prior to arriving I reach out to your reservations center informing them of my flight delay and that they notified Tru By Hilton Hotel requesting that my room be held. When arrived i was greeted by a non-enthusiastic young lady who let me know it was ok for derelicts to sleep in the doorway. I presented my credentials and she said the king bed room I booked five weeks prior to my arrival was given to another patron. Completely disappointed I took what was available. Next disappointment came in the form of a cheap hotel short-stay deposit fee of approximately two hundred dollars. I exist on our pension set budget especially after spending two months in Trinidad and ten days in Panama City Panama. Said fee was never indicated throwing off my budget. I expressly requested free parking. I was charged $19 per night in 2024 unbelievable.

Great hotel. Modern. Love the wood floors in room instead of nasty carpet, bed was super comfy. No ridiculous parking or resort fee.

This hotel is great. Really good location close to many attractions and malls. All was clean upon arrival, simple and convenient amenities like hair dryer and iron. Comfortable beds and staff was every welcoming. I would stay here again. Lovely experience for me and my family.
