The water parks was great and had lots of fun with the kids but the room need better up keep and cleaning and the staff seems short handed

Actually ended up booking this place due to an issue with our original choice being cancelled and we are super happy it went this way. We are going to be making this one of our family go to spots for relaxation and fun.

Hospitality, Amenities, Facility, Service, Cleanliness and Environment highly rated.
Felt a bit understaffed, due to the size of the resort, but nonetheless, their quality of service was very much up to par
Highly recommend and would stay again if I’m ever in Orlando again

The Hotel has everything inside. The Water Park was fun and in very good conditions.
The rooms are big and have everything inside. The service was excellent. We received everything that requested.
The Best Hotel I have been in Orlando.

Severely under staffed at the restaurant and when approached by that staff they were argumentative. However the surf instructor, bar server, the on-site store staff, and one of the lifeguards were great. Pool bathroom needs attention more often with children using quite often.

I loved the water park. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful. I find it odd you have to pay for room service though!
