Friendly front desk, inside the mall and starbucks, chikfila right by the lobby entrance. Inside the rooms seemed renovated but unfortunately, this place is old, dilapidated, broken elevators, flickering lights. Also their IT was hacked which caused serious security issues (phishing attacks via direct message from hotel asking for my credit card information).

The bath tub was dirt it had someone else hair on the wall of the shower and the hot tub was not working nor the ice machine. It turn some very excited girl weekend into a short night.

Very nice hotel. Room is clean and updated and front desk was very welcoming and pleasant.

Very happy with my stay, friendly staff, clean room and quiet. Chose for proximity from the airport. Plenty of food and shopping options close by.
