There’s a couple things that stood out for me. First thing was my room wasn’t ready upon arrival. I was told that check in time was at 4 pm not 3 pm. Expedia has it on there itinerary @3pm I guess they need to update there system. Last thing, the restroom sink makes noise and it doesn’t drain well. Besides that, I had a pleasant stay and it’s family friendly.

They charged $27.69 to park. This fee is not advertised on the Expedia search. This was confirmed by the front desk staff that this is an additional fee. Horrible.

Positive…Beautiful hotel and great room, pool, and breakfast. Negative….staff member checking me in didn’t smile, and didn’t provide a warm or friendly welcome. Very clinical experience. Also was surprised to pay $26 parking fee. When I book the on expedia, usually all fees are listed and disclosed. I was surprised to have to pay for parking at hotel once I arrived. I would have factored this in my decision ahead of time and would probably selected a hotel closer to the theme park that cost a little more, if I would have known. Oh well

Great area , staff was very nice and accomodating. For the price it was a great hotel
