I liked the open concierge center
I did not like the coffee

The staff are great, super friendly. Excellent condition property and very clean. However, beds are very hard. Some may like a stiff bed, but after a long day(s) walking the parks (and sunburned) a softer bed (like Marriot of Holiday Inn Express) would have been much better. For that reason, which is the primary reason anyone books a hotel is to sleep comfortably, I won't stay here again. Also, there is no all day complimentary coffee. They referred me to the Starbucks bar in house, but not everyone likes that overrated burnt coffee. I'd rather drive 3 blocks to the Wawa or go without. The breakfast was good, the pool shared with Fairfield Inn is great, someone was singing and playing guitar, and there are pay by card laundry facilities on a couple floors. But the beds...

Hot tub not upkept- bandaids and trash in it. Front desk understaffed. Noisy guests all leaving doors open running room to room

This was one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed and very quick check in
