DO NOT STAY HERE. Says 24/7 front desk but you actually cannot even enter the lobby after a certain time, arrived around 11pm and had to check in through a slightly opened window. This should have been the first red flag. Gave the benefit of the doubt and checked in anyway. Room was on first floor facing the pool and there were people smoking marijuana out by the pool so everything smelled. Entered the room and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. Room had shared door to adjacent room and other guests were being extremely loud even though it was after 11pm, so loud that it felt like they were in the room with us. Very appalled by all this we went to the front ready to return our keys and leave the property, we informed them of everything and all they said was the room was a smoking room. Overall the property just did not even feel safe. No effort was made to accommodate us after our complaints, honestly staff was blatantly condescending and rude. Returned our keys and left the property. Thought we were saving some money and getting a good deal ended up losing our money for this “hotel”(it’s technically a hotel but everything about it points to motel) and having to pay for another real hotel. Save your time and money and just book somewhere else to start!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Room had a terrible odor. The bathroom was dirty.

This use to be a DaysINN. The property allows smoking so it permeates. I had to place a family member in an emergency. There is a $56 security deposit required upon arrival.

Pool was closed. Staff was unacommidating and the place was not as clean as one would hope. Door handle to bathroom was broken.

Dirty room & roaches

Terrible experience with this hotel, room was dirty, there were roaches and trash in the room. Hotel has also tried to over charge me. I checked out early and did not stay the night due to the state of the room.

Poor Condition

The room was not cleaned at all, there was trash left and a dirty towel and smells like smoke on the room. I called front desk and asked and he said sorry they clean in the morning

Dirty towels, sheets, comforters, and cockroach’s and other bugs crawling all over the floor. Also floors and appliances very dirty

DO NOT BOOK! Disgusting. Horrible smell, large dent in bed, dirty-gross bedding, fridge made a clicking noise, tv didn’t work. Door didn’t seal properly, rain water & noise got in, could see shadows of people walking by at door bottom. Absolutely disgusting. No matter how desperate you are, you are not that desperate. DO NOT BOOK!
