Rugs looked like it didn’t get vacuumed before we arrived, toilet was dirty and there was some kind of nasty mold inside the toilet. Shower head looked like it hasn’t been changed in over 3 years disgusting. Service was good but the room was not that clean.

I rented 2 rooms under Expedia,area is great but the property is old and out dated.

The air conditioning system was leaking all over the floor. Bathroom tube was dirty and rooms had a mildew smell

It was just average nothing fancy . The coffee sucked but other then that it was ok.

Rooms need to be clean more often . Kids shouldn’t be running in hall knocking on guest doors .

The property was fine, the staff did what they could ... but it wasn't enough help. The common areas could use a refresh ... the were prostitutes outside the building (on the back side).

I appreciated the concept of the overall hotel however there was a understaffed issue causing concerns for cleanliness. Our tub was plugged after one shower and help dirty water causing a bad odor through our stay. Staff were informed however there was not enough staff to have anyone attend to the issues.
