The price given me by Expedia was not what I had to pay! They would have given me a better price if I called directly! Not using the Expedia app in the future to find a place to stay!

Any of the reviews that you read about the conditions of the property being poor is accurate. They charge way too much for the condition of the property. Thankfully we o ly stayed one night. Usually i really like Holiday Inns, but this is a hard pass. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is not too bad. However, it does not look as nice as the pictures. It was a great time, good price.

Fun for kids but our room was a little dirty. Vent in bathroom filled with dust corners of the room and bathroom disgusting DEEP clean is needed.. there should be at least one free meal or drink daily with a $50 a night resort fee

Our kids loved the arcade and pool, but the pool was very crowded most nights. Housekeeping wasn’t frequent but when we requested items they delivered them quickly. Overall a decent hotel up stay at with family.

Everything was great with the waterpark and checking in. Room wasn’t cleaned once during our 5 night stay. When we asked staff workers they would get super upset and just say “I don’t speak English” when I complained the housekeepers came in and just made the queen size bed and didn’t bother to make the bunk beds or clean the bath room. I wiped the floor with a towel and was disgusted on the amount of dirt that came out seem to have not been cleaned in a long time.

The room floor was disgusting to say the least…my baby feet were black from crawling around on them… I had to clean the floor myself because no one came to clean them. Took 3 towels to clean floor. had no wash clothes, the tv in bedroom was broken, my daughter cut herself on a tile in pool, no towels at the oasis pool another family said there were no towels since 3p earlier so no one checks area, the was friendly but did not speak English, everyone was nice! However u can tell there is zero management to see over areas
