The property is good for family, but they need to clean their carpets is smells and it's very dusty. The air conditioner has a lot of dirt and mole I was wondering why my nose was so stuffy. Also the heating system in the AC doesn't work either, sometimes after coming from the pool We want to warm up a little. All Of the housekeeping staff don't speak English I had to use my translator app to communicate to them. Plus they clean your room late you can be gone all morning come back by 1 or 2 and the room is still not tidy you have to call to request it. We did inform management about the dirty dusty AC she was kind enough to return our resort fee for our whole stay, but I hope they clean their AC because someone with allergies and Asthma can get affected. The room can use an upgrade I stayed at other IHG hotels as a IHG member and can see the difference. The good thing is there is a lot of restaurants, walmart and the liquor store is 5 minutes away, Orlando studios is 30 minutes away everything is near by.

One and most important is the carpet inside the room and hallways dirty with stains and bad smell specially when you get in to our room. Second in the lobby the people that work across the concierge offered free give for a tour in their resort which we don’t recommend if you don’t take what they sell to you they got mad and no gifts like they said they told us 90 minutes to us were 3 hours bad experience
