Overall, good hotel to stay in. Staff was okay and provided us new room keys since the one’s we got at first were not working. Breakfast was okay also. Bed sheets and shower curtains had some holes in them. Cleanliness of the room was good. Hotel had a shuttle to Universal Studios. Would stay again.

Very nice, had shuttle service and closet for luggage before or after checkout. Very convenient when at amusement park.
