It was a very, very clean property.
While you had to be a guest to park in the parking lot, there were multitude individuals lookimg into car windows and when we arrived and left, asked for money from people.

This hotel was great! Loved that it was joined with the mall! The late desk employee was super nice and helpful. Everything was great.

I’ve stayed here several times, never really had a major issue. Always clean and staff is friendly.

Every time I go to Orlando this hotel is my go to place to stay. I have everything that I need when I stay here. Shopping, The Red Lobster and Target. Donna Toronto

The ceiling metal vent fell on me while i was sitting on the toilet and hit my arm. It was a bad repair/patch job where they stuffed towels to stop a leaking pipe. The towels were full of mold and mildew. They sent somebody with a first aid kit to treat my arm. The only thing they offered was to refund my one night stay which i am still waiting for.
