Our room smelled I purchased a can of air freshener but it didn’t help much. There were hardly any good restaurants in the area or shopping. The washing machine wasn’t working and we were there for two days and our room was never cleaned.

We could walk to Universal.
The free breakfast ran out of eggs by 8 am.
We had to use the couch bed and it was very uncomfortable but we were able to get more bedding which did help a bit.
Could walk across the parking lot to Miller's Ale, great prices and good food.

For our trip to Universal, it was convenient to have buses to transport us. Good location. Great stay!

Firstly, property was far from main road. Secondly it had a funky smell. Thirdly, in the main hallway there were 3 buckets catching water that was coming from the ceiling. I have never stayed in someplace i regretted staying at until this place.

Great beds and pillows! Could do without carpets. Clean . Great breakfast and proximity to the parks.

I will definitely come stay again. The stag were super impressive. Always helpful,happy and very kind. I did not like not having a microwave in our room
