I loved the house. Very clean and the pool was the best part of the vacation.

Our pool was broken and we had to call multiple times a day to get it looked at and every time it felt we were annoying the staff. There was hair all over the walls and in the tub of one of the bathrooms, ants in the kitchen, rotting chicken left in the sink, a broken dishwasher and the sofa was covered in stains and would slide apart when you sit on it.
The area was very quiet and the pool and yard was huge. The kitchen had enough supplies to manage but not in great shape and found dirty coffee cups in the cupboards.
The benefits were not high enough for me to stay at this location again.
Calling the front desk typically took 6 attempts before someone would answer , not great service and defiantly not worth what we paid.

It was a large spacious house, and the resort was beautiful and the pool and slides were great

We had an excellent stay at the home. Kids enjoyed the water Park. Would come again!

The Resort was friendly, as was most of the other staff.
House was very ordinary, not at all homely.
Freezer wasn’t working on arriving (was fix next day, but not before we lost the contents), the ice dispenser is mouldy (we use the ice by hand), pool heater was on in temperature of 32 degree (not swimmable). Dishwasher would give one wash, then not work again. Found out on our last day the power was tripping (is this safe?).
