The breaker flipped and the power went out in the middle of me cooking. But maintenance was there pretty swiftly to get the power restored.

NO help at check in , front desk is ep was annoyed to answer simple questions , defective bedding springs coming through top of mattress Unit had many areas has large holes from prior damage without paint, defective hot tub

It was great besides no air conditioning upstairs where bedrooms are , even though they clean after you leave there should be a dust pan and mop to do cleaning while there

We enjoyed our stay and the privacy of our own small pool. The unit appeared clean. A couple of bugs, but this is Florida. I would not say it was infested. The only thing I would have liked were oven mitts and a baking pan. There were none. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed a quiet and relaxed community close to everything.

We had issues on arriving late in the evening due to flights and not being able to access our unit because the lock had not been properly set. Causing is to have to find a hotel for a night that wasn't planned for. The unit while being clean was lacking in some areas. Kitchen had only minimal equipment and could have used some basics for cooking like salt and pepper or filters for the coffee maker. Overall ok but definitely room for improvements.

The space itself was fine but we all ended up getting sea lice bites from the hot tub, and yes that was the only time we got into the water.

The communication was terrible. The staff wrote the incorrect passcode to the gate. Then they act like we were stupid when we told them we weren’t able to get the gate to open. Did not have proper supplies for the townhome. The hot tub wasn’t working. Had to have maintenance come fix it. The hot tub leak. The downstairs toilet ran constantly. The beds were like laying on a piece of ply board! The mattress actually sunk in the middle. The shower doors opened in the wrong end of the bathtub. Overall just not worth the money we spent!!!! Will not stay here AGAIN!!!

Could not be more dangerous for travelers if you tried. #1. No one ever answered the phone or returned my messages #2. The property is so poorly lit you are unable to read which unit is which #3 the back entrance was blocked by debris and there was no floor plan to designate which way to go in an emergency not to mention how dark entrances are an opportunity for assaults & burglary #4 it was obvious the unit hadn’t been cleaned recently because we found someone’s Apple Watch just sitting on a messy bench outside by pool #5 no towels or toilet paper and horrible lighting in downstairs bathroom, # 6 no WiFi, if there was no one told us CUSTOMER SERVICE I saved this for its own focus, upon arrival my brother checked in first. I had called 2 days earlier to put him on the room, no one called back, of course he wasn’t listed, then they needed the cc that paid for room, I sent a photo & was told they can only use a credit not debit card, no where in any of the rules does it say not to pay deposit with debit card, yet they sure wouldn’t check him in, he gave his credit card and he signed for room. When we arrived I wasn’t sure if we were at the right place, this is atownhome community, not hotel. No signs or information. When we went to Epcot, the front desk showed up at 10:00 am threatening to move my mom & service dog to club house & demanded pet fee & late check out with three guards standing by. WTH???
