The entrance was filthy, with trash bins overflowing. The pool floor has not been scrubbed in a while, giving it a dirty appearance. Overall the common areas look dirty.

I haven't stayed at an embassy suites from before the pandemic & I was extremely pleased that the standards & quality has not changed.

no dining at property other than free breakfast in the am and happy hour snacks in the evening. They advertise on site restaurant. We were lead to believe it was opened for other meals. Front desk staff charged my daughter for 2 rooms. We booked expedia and prepaid. When she checked in the girl booked her a new room at a higher cost thru Hilton. They would not refund the money thru Hilton. They said to contact Expedia. Very unprofessional. I will not book a Hilton Hotel again.

Very good hotel for the price. It sure needs a little update but it’s well located and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful , My only complaint is that my room smelled a little bit like smoke. Not good at all. But I only spent one night otherwise I would have requested to change rooms.
