$90 upgrade fee for balcony was disconcerting. That should dealt with up front, before completing the booking.

Upgrade fee for a premium room is standard practice at hotels and you were informed of this upfront when you requested an upgrade through Expedia messaging service 6 days before your check in date. Thank you for your feedback.

The rooms were hot, the carpet smelled and the room was stuffy and definitely had mold.

Dirty!
1st room had sticky floors, a wrapper and nail clippings on the floor. We were moved to a different room and found nail clippings on the floor again. The hallways were also dirty..ended up checking out early and zero regard from front desk for leaving early due to dirtiness.

It’s was very noisy as we couldn’t sleep. They did not put any towels in the bathroom.
