Stayed for one night post cruise to have a day at SeaWorld with 3 littles. The location was so very convenient to get to SeaWorld. We will park at the park but there is a walkway to SeaWorld from the hotel property. I did not give high ratings because I do think it could have been a little more well kept. The property wasn’t as well kept as i anticipated the room was not as clean as i had hoped but overall it was a great choice for my family to stay for one evening. The staff were very nice at check in and upon request for late check out. One thing i will make note of I did not know there was a charge of $30 a day for parking.

This was a nice place to stay for a quick trip to Disney. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was decent, and the hotel in general was nice. Only downside was the small showers and our AC wasn’t working properly. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again.

Just a heads up that there's a $25 charge per day for "resort fees", which you can rationalize as the 2 breakfast vouchers. There's also a $30 charge per day for parking, which makes it safe and convenient. There's plenty of parking available and there's a gate to let people in and out. I know some people put that parking was a fiasco, but we had parking available right in front of our room (building 4) no matter what time of day we got there. The rooms were well kept but no one came to clean on our second day, which is typical these days because of Covid nonsense. The checking process was a bit of a wait but the staff was very friendly. Also, I appreciated how the hotel as a company is allergy-friendly. Their iconic cookies were not vegan but they give away as many of those Partake brand cookies as you request in place of the fresh baked DoubleTree cookies. Also, the breakfast had a ton of options for those that choose not to include some foods in their diets. Being mostly plant-based, I don’t eat eggs, dairy or meat and there were plenty of options for me. The servers will get you almond milk, peanut butter and other things upon request. I was overall pleased with our brief stay and would definitely recommend.

The weather is typically perfect, we have plenty of games, food, and drink specials for the entire family. On weekends, we often feature an outdoor, family movie night and our team is consistently working on the next great thing so we can be your home away from home. Just like home, we want to try and make our backyard experience special. Thursday, Friday, and Sunday we feature our live music and backyard BBQ. We will work hard to keep you coming back!

I liked the amenities of the property. Very nice grounds. Pool areas looked inviting even though we didn't get a chance to visit them. Breakfast was good and very convenient with anexcellent staff. Only issue I had was that our shower leaked and made aeas room 604. Room was kind of dated as well but not terrible.

Absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DIRTY ROOM, BROKEN PING PONG PADDLES, CHEAP BREAKFAST PROMOTED AS EXCELLENT, WANT TO SEE EMPLOYEES DO THE LEAST. STAY HERE!!!!! THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR GUESTS
