Property needs updating. Stains on furniture, burn holes in blanket, terrible paint conditions, caulk missing in bathroom, general conditions not up to standards of Wyndham hotels.

I would NEVER book this hotel again! Dirty, moldy, rusty - just UGHHHH. The window curtains were not wide enough to cover the window so there was a gap on both sides. Not dark in the room at night, and people walking by could see in. Not of of the outlets worked properly. To make coffee I had to move the coffee maker into the bathroom. The tub was dirty and the shower in disrepair - there were parts on the floor in the bathroom. Water did not drain out of bathroom sink. Water was brown. I put a bottle of water in the fridge so I would have cold water in the morning, and it was frozen. Breakfast? Really? Pretty non-existent. I couldn't wait to get out of there and go home to take a shower Yuck, yuck, yuck. I have pictures - am I able to post here?

We were disappointed to find that a $100 deposit was required at check-in. It was refundable at checkout if we paid cash but if on credit card we have to wai 3-5 days. It would have been nice to know ahead of check-in. Otherwise we were happy with the location

There property was inconvenient. Not much within walking distance. It was listed as downtown with shopping available. To get to anywhere you have to uber unless you had a vehicle.

Everything was old rusty broken. No hot water, shower had no pressure. The carpets are so dirty your shoes feels sticky… I definitely didn’t even want to take off my socks. The bed was horrible no box bring mattress and the regular mattress sinks soooo much. All furniture was from like 1990s. We decided not to stay after 30 something minutes and they did not refund us the whole amount. We was supposed to stay two night they only refunded 1 (still waiting for the refund and deposit refund)

Charged additional money upon arrival, plus deposit more than the price of the room. Room smells like cigarette smoke
