The room was smaller than what i thought it would be. There was a hornet’s nest on my balcony. I know I missed the cleaning time but they never came to clean my room after. The toilet flushed way too slow. The employees were nice and polite.

Best Customer Service. I checked in early before the scheduled check-in time 3PM, and the room was ready at that time and allowed me to check-in. Arranged taxi to go to Epcot and also shuttle to Airport.

The fact that they charged me $37.00 for parking after I checked out and never told me about it makes me never again stay at a Marriott in the future.

We asked to be dropped off in terminal A for goport and he shuttle guy dropped us off in terminal B. Not impressed. Rooms were outdated and had bed smell. AC worked good though. No free breakfast. Room was dirty carpet not clean and bathroom tub had slime on it so gross. Bed was comfortable.
