Shower hose was not working properly. At around 10:30 at night, someone with a different card was able to get into our room when we were there.

If you are needing a shuttle to the airport this is not the place to stay! I almost missed my flight! They don’t have a shuttle they call an Uber for you ! They will not order the Uber in advance to make sure you are on time either. Front desk is very very rude ! I even started recording the conversation with both managers I dealt with , because they were completely out of line.

I want you to know that we only call an uber if some reason the Driver is running late or due to anay overbooking by those who does not scheduled the night before. Our Airport shuttle service is very efficient. I apologize for the inconvenience.

The room was dirty, the dust on the safe was evident, the coffee maker was dirty, I asked for additional sheets or quilts, they told me they didn't have them, they never went to clean the room, much less leave clean towels the next day, there was a cockroach at the exit of the elevators was definitely not pleasant at all.
