Hotel was clean and staff are AMAZING! My only complaints would be number 1 that I called before making our reservation to make sure that the hot tub was indeed working and was told that it was. I called again on our way to check in and again was told Yes it is working. A HOT TUB is a must for us as we go to parks open to close and need to be able to soak our bodies after all the walking (average of about 17 miles a day) When we arrived around 9pm we were upset to find that the HOT tub was ICE Cold. When bringing it to front desk’s attention I was told that they would have maintenance check it in the morning. We stayed 4 nights and never was able to use it. Only other thing was the bed closest to the window in our room (508) was broken and made terrible noises whenever you would sit or move around on it. Other than that everything was great. This was our 5th or 6th time staying at this location I just wish they could have offered some kind of reimbursement for the hot tub. Not asking for much but would have liked to have been given a discount for our inconvenience.

The pool dirty and hot tub dirty plus did not work at all during my stay

The room it was nice and spacious. I wish they did more room service. The only other issue was with the outlets in the room some did not work. We had to unplug the fridge to plug in the microwave in other to use one or the other, the outlet extension wasn't working either.
