The manager was awesome!! My fiancé thought the pillow was super comfortable so I went to the front desk and tried to buy one. They said they couldn’t sell them individually so I asked how much I would get charged if I took it home when we left lol. The manager said he appreciated my honesty and gave it to me for free! Other than the amazing customer service our room was spotless and very comfortable. We took advantage of the shuttle for the theme parks which the driver was very nice as well. All in all our stay was perfect and we will be giving them our business again next time we come to Orlando!

Everything seems ok - it’s loud people slamming doors widows are too thin one can hear all sorts off noises - no the best place to rest if you are coming exhausted from been in the parks all day but overall was good, but !they need to clean or wash the dumpster. Place is in very convenient location I must say.

This hotel was unkept and dirty. When we first arrived, our pillows smelled humid and had a stench. We had to request new pillows and the maintenance person who replaced them knocked on our door extremely hard to give them to us. The bathroom curtain was ripped and sjower knob was loose. We also had no room service and were not told we had to request it beforehand. The closet smelled horrible and there was a trash container conveniently placed right next to our rooms so that the whole hall could smell like trash. Wouldn’t reccomend this place unless it’s last resort. The only perk was the jacuzzi and the distance from Universal.

We did address the pillow issue after your reported to the front desk . However we hoped you had mentioned the other issues you had at the time of your stay so we could address them right then. As far as the housekeeping service in the rooms we did inform you at the time of you check in verbally and in writing that it was not automictic and that you needed to request it to receive it. One cannot generalise about their stay and mentioned some information that is not true.Thank you.

Although obviously a refurbished older hotel in the area, it was clean, safe, convenient and the changes are nice! Couldn’t ask for better value, will stay again!
