Our room smelt as if someone emptied a case of spray paint and tried covering up the fumes with fabuloso cleaner. Woke up with a migraine from the fume smell. It was noisey, lamps didn’t work, shower was only boiling hot. Overall awful

Night time manager was very unprofessional. The rooms in building 5 were not up to standards, only one elevator working one ice machine working.

The was no indication on the website saying you had to be 21 to rent a room. I had already paid but when I went to check in (for one night) I was told I couldn’t stay there (I’m 20). So at midnight I had to scrounge up money to get another room somewhere else. I don’t remember how much I paid but I remember it being a pretty hefty price because this is a nice hotel. I wanted to have a nice stay for my husband and I, since we don’t get to go on trips often.

Thank you for your feedback. All of our websites do state that it is mandatory to be 21 years of age to check into our resort. It is disappointing to hear that you did not read this part of the booking process.
