Annoying when I book two rooms for us under book now pay later only to find $342.14 has been debited from my credit card before we even get there and are given the chance to pay separately as my mates where paying for there own room. Very poor communication.

Hi, Dear Sir, We appreciate your feedback, its the system that charges all online booking 48 hrs before your come as our cancellation policy is also 48hrs. The room was dated. It looked like the other rooms were undergoing a reno so perhaps in time the rooms will be a lot more inviting.
