When I booked my room according to the pics we were supposed to be in a suite that had a separate living room and bedroom, but they put us in a room that combined the two and said since we booked through a third party (Expedia) that they couldn't put us in the room that we actually booked. Not only did we get screwed over upon check-in, the hotel itself had rates directly through them that were $75 cheaper per night. The hotel staff was completely unwilling to change us to the room that I had booked through Expedia. Of course always some loophole BS

We can not modify reservations that were made with 3rd parties. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast and even a smoking area outside for my husband. Would stay here again.

Convenient location off I85. Many restaurants and shops near by. Staff was very nice and hotel very clean. Breakfast was very good, warm cinnamon buns YUMMY.
Went to Walk-one next door for dinner. Absolutely Delicious.

Noisy place. Loud reggae music until midnight from adjacent room. Room was nice. Desk clerks good.
