We loved our room. It was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only suggestion I have is that they notify patrons that they will need their key cards to leave the gated parking lot at the end of the stay.

Great Hotel for comfort and aesthetics. There really isn’t any extra amenities other than the restaurant attached to the Hotel. Staff was great, The bed was comfortable, clean and the Hotel was beautiful. Puppy friendly

I’ve stayed at the Magnolia Hotel Omaha on several occasions and their staff and accommodations are top notch. It’s a beautiful hotel and the amenities, location, and overall service make them a great choice for downtown Omaha. I hosted a wedding on my last stay, and our 30 guests were extremely happy.

Very nice hotel with some deficiencies. First, housekeeping is by request only. We requested housekeeping when we checked in, but during our 3 night stay, no housekeeping occurred. Second, in our room (a deluxe king), the bathroom door was a “barn door.” Not only didn’t it close completely, but it was very heavy to push across the doorway.

Quaint old structure, but with modern rooms. Clean. Gated parking a bit expensive at $25. Staff very helpful.

The hotel is very charming, and the staff very friendly. We loved the music in the lobby, and the refreshments throughout the day. Morning coffee was delicious, infused ice water was very refreshing, and we especially loved the cookies and milk in the evenings! The walkability to the Old Market was perfect for our needs. We found street parking to be easy, and didn't feel the need to pay for lot or valet parking. One thing to note - there is almost no sound barrier between the hallway and your room, so you will hear anyone walking by and talking as if they are in your room. It was OK for us, but just be aware! If you are a very light sleeper, bring earplugs! Also the bathroom door has no sound barrier and there is no fan in the bathroom, AND the door is right next to the bed. So there is no privacy in the bath. Bring bathroom spray LOL Still a great experience for us! We loved it and will be back.

It’s old and the rooms are small, I believe it’s overpriced for what all it offers.
