Lights in our room were not functioning correctly. Front desk staff tried to assist. Freezer in refrigerator would not freeze. Water on floor from defrosting

We had reservations and then got a phone call to say they double booked so we didn't have a room after all. Was very frustrating on a night where rooms were scarce in Omaha.

Broken dirty toilet upon check in. Finally fixed at 2am. No cleanup of room, towel replacement must be requested and you have to get yourself. Breakfast was trash and gone by 8:00am. Card charged twice for $50 hotel credit hold. Doors were slamming nonstop day and night due to old closers that weren’t adjusted. Requested reimbursement and was literally laugh at!
