The front desk staff and maintenance staff were very welcoming when we arrived with our 5 yr old grandson. They went over and above to make sure our grandson, and us, had a great time!

Front desk lady was super nice. Got in late so dining options were limited - our sink was cracked and the shower didn’t work but they fixed it right away
