Nice location, room, location. Did not like that they buried the charges for parking and assumed we wanted to park with them, when there was much cheaper parking close by.

Dear Jason, I am sorry that you were disappointed with the parking. In Omaha as in most cities, parking is valued at a premium, and fees are required for the upkeep of the parking areas. The staff was amazing. Valet parking made things so easy. The continental breakfast was tremendous. Our room was just what we needed.

Parking was overpriced and inconvenient. The hotel itself is really outdated. The couch sagged horribly to the middle and was outdated. The tv was hung crooked. The outlet covers didn't match the outlet. They didn't even try put any effort into upkeep. The bartenders were a little rude and the free drink comes with strings. Overall a bad experience.

A very nice breakfast buffet. Staff was accommodating and goddess what we needed as far as extra sheets and towels. No hot tub but nice pool. The snacks during the happy hour were just average. No hot food. The best part was that the old market neighborhood is right across the street and full of great shops and restaurants.

Always our favorite place to stay when we come to Omaha! Very convenient location in Old Market so in walking distance to everything. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet in the morning is great with so many options! Will definitely be back!

We left for the day only to find our room was left open with the deadbolt latch holding the doior open. Housecleaning had cleaned our room but did not secure the room after they were finished. We are extremely fortunate nothing was taken.
