Too noisy to get any sleep. Train horns(?), barking dog in adjoining room, in room refrigerator kicking on and off. No rest at all for morning flight. Parking was also tough. No valet and limited spots designated to hotel in lot. Had to drive around until someone left. Given the parking challenges, parking should be free instead of $12. For $200 per night, not getting what you pay for. All this would be fine if it’s $125 per night.

Room had many broken features. Bathroom door and bedroom door could not be locked. Toliet chain broke after 1 flush and had to be replace. The side lamps were falling apart and the bendable neck was loose so it just spun around and hung limply pointed down.
Lastly there was a sock or some type of garment shoved into the seat cushion of the couch that housekeeping missed.
The bedroom was an odd configuration. When the AC turns on, it shakes the blinds across the room which is noisy and hard to position to grt the noise to stop. The themostat face has a bright LED wcreen that we could not turn off. And the smoke detecter had a light that flashes with a very high intensity (in a tired state it felt like a strobe and not a normal blinking unit that is common across rooms).
Only positive was the employees were plesant and the bed was comfortable.

Need to have the Big Ten network in the rooms, if Omaha is hosting the Big Ten tournament.

It was a nice hotel and very nice room. The only thing I have to complain about is you have to pay for breakfast, and also pay $12 for parking.

Very clean sharp looking hotel.
Staff was very polite and quick
Breakfast eggs, sausage, etc was very good!
Beds are very comfortable.
Very scenic location in Black Hills.
