I found the whole properties facilities being good and not hard to access, I would say put something more in place for the cars up at the cabins as some had more vehicles than suppose to and also have a system that better makes other guests know to stop being noisy and also the cabin I was in the door kept jamming which made it hard to lock. I didn't like there were cobwebs and spiders on the roof an no vacuum or broom offered if your there for longer than 3 days. Plus beds were dusty on the top bunks. Suggest to have a better airflow for condensation.

Patchy reception onsite so purchased Wifi which ended up being terrible. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathrooms were poor and was quite noisy.

room doesn't look like the photo sent to me kind of disappointed there but view is nice and the place is peaceful.

We never got there as the function got cancelled through illness and our money wasn't refunded as we hadn't cancelled by the 10th February 2024 which is terrible as other accommodations offer a much better cancelation time frame I will never look to book there again and will tell people. Its time Opal Springs moved with the times .I gave 24hr notice of my cancelation so they were able to sell it on.

I unfortunately disagree. You booked through Expedia and they are very efficient at letting you know things like cancellation policies. 24 hour notice would be hard to resell even if we were situated in a busy city. People know weeks or months in advance that they are travelling, not the day before. I explained this to you on the phone, and you were fine with it. The room remained empty as expected, as we had no time to rebook it.

Cental to Rail Trail. The owners seem to have done alot of work on the grounds and working their way up the list of priorites & improvements for an older establishment. Although the rooms are tired but they are clean, and tidy & contain all of the necessities. Good linen, comfortable beds & pillows & all the cutlery crockery expected.
