Our stay was 5/9 -5/10. We were very disappointed that we were not informed when we booked our room and made our spa appointments, that we would not be allowed on property until noon. This was a Mother's Day celebration for my daughters. They both took time off work and made childcare arrangements so we could take full advantage of the spa when it opened at 8:30. I received a call the day before our arrival confirming our appointments and that is when I was informed of the spa's reduced hours. When we showed up to the property hoping to grab a bite before the spa opened, we were turned away and told we couldn't go on the property at all until noon.
Staff was very kind and understanding, but it was still disappointing.
