Very good breakfast 10/10.
Only 1 elevation is not enough, it took at least 5 min for waiting in the morning

Best location just take 4 minute walked from oita station. Hotspring bath on 2nd floor ok . Delicious breakfast and full .Front desk service& all staffs were very polite and warm welcome us.Definitely will visit again

Hotel is very convenient to the train station. Made reservations for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room.

Near Oita St, with Ofuro and Bfast
Posted 8 Dec 2016Good hote, good price, it has an ofuro in the second floor and free breakfast (japanese style). Kind Staff. Really convenient hotel if you are visiting Oita. Of course, the room is samll, japanese size
