The lady in the front was very unpleasant. The check in was horrible, the system was down and you would think there would have been more customer service but there wasn't. The location is HORRIBLE did not feel safe at all. We will never stay here again!!!!

The hotel room is pleasant. However, the soundproofing isn't very effective; I could hear the TV from the next room. The complimentary breakfast is a big plus

From the high spiked fence and security guard separating the property from the huge homeless encampment in front of it to the worn out check-in area or the graffiti marred elevator. This was probably the worst place I've ever stayed. My non-smoking room smelled terribly of stale smoke, and there were a lot of people smoking outside so you had to wade through an awful stench as you walked into the building. There was a mountain of trash just outside of the security fence, and trash that had been tossed into the parking lot. I didn't feel that my car was particularly safe. The shuttle bus to the airport didn't even start until 7:00 a.m., way too late for someone with a 7:00 a.m. flight. I was too tired that evening or I would have somebody checked in someplace else and walked away from this awful property.

Fooring in between bathroom and beds was a major tripping hazzard. Staff told me there was a shuttle and there was not. Hotel in the middle of ghetto. Do not recommend if u have kids
