Nice hotel and staff. Locker box is very helpful. Safety box is needed in the room. Coffee available in common space has to be hot enough.

Staff was super helpful, we got there early and they were able to store our luggage so we could go and explore the island. They checked in with us shortly after we got to our room to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredible, and the location is perfect. My only concern is that the room had a very bad smell. I'm not sure if it was mold, but it didn't smell good.

The staff was poorly trained and unhelpful. There was nothing in the hotel literature and announcements that stated that there are no elevators in the main building necessitating walking up 4-5 flights of stairs with luggage. When told by my wife that I was am recovering from 8 month health ordeal, the staff’s response was begrudging and inadequate.
The hotel room walls are paper thin and ineffectual. I was kept up for two nights due to a loud occupant next door. The staff washed its hands on this by pointing out that because we booked on Expedia, there was nothing the hotel could do.
The rooms were cheap and Spartan. Scarce hotel facilities. Overall not a good experience
