It is disturbing to need to ask repeatedly for hand towels and bath towels when there were none in the suite. Similarly the remote for one of the air conditioners did not work. The one phone in the suite did not have contact instructions for anything. The drain in the shower/bath did not pop up and was not fixed during my stay.

We were very disappointed, as this is definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised on their website, the staff a very helpful and friendly, the hotel and room could do with a thorough cleaning and a lot of maintenence needs doing

The staff are super polite and kind. Rooms and lobby area are very clean and well presented. It was quiet during our stay so had the pools to ourselves mist of the time. The restaurant food was nice but limited choice. The hotel is not near beach, shops or restaurants

The room was spacious but fixtures and fittings in poor condition. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was the most disappointing of all.

Rate only ONE for the room size only. Carpark and places / walkway had limited or no light. The selling point for this expensive property is the roof top sky pool. However the pool is closed and no light before the operation time is up 😡 The breakfast has only four choice AND the food is not thoroughly cook. The hotel entrance is not light up and the barrier is down resulting missing it and had to make a U turn. The staffs are not professional and careless attitude with reason/excuses after my feedback. NOT WORTH AND OVER RATING OF FIVE STAIRS.

I think it is an overrated hotel. We last with the bathroom block three days without solving. Inside the room many things are already old and ruined.
