Food / drinks / service / staff / beach all amazing. Beds are hard and property is in average condition. Towels and linens were stained.

The rooms need to be upgraded. There was mold on the wall around the Vints There was mold on the comforter on the bed. The shower was leaking. My key card didn't work on several occasions. There was no elevator in the building which left me to have to use the stairs back-and-forth several times The food on the resort is terrible.

This beach was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was top notch. the rooms were nice. not very clean hotel but nice. downtown area has a lot of places to eat and shop. About a 15 minute walk. Area felt very safe. almost do not need the all inclusive. The all inclusive drinks were better than other all inclusives/beats Mexico hands down. you can actually swim at these beaches, no red flags. cannot bring shells home or off the island. restaurants at the hotel were very good. and you can go next door inclusive too. I gave this a 4 because the hotel itself and the rooms were a bit dirty and unkept. Sheets and pillow cases did not look cleaned. but as stated the staff is the best I have encountered
