Excellent beach & pool access. Staff were excellent and friendly. Ocean bottom a little murky. No hot water for 2 days.

Excellent location on Palm beach. Very nice beach.
Rooms a bit dated but overall a nice experience. Great location for shopping a great variety of restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay in Aruba at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The staff was very nice but very scarce. It was difficult to find help when needed. There was nobody around the pool/beach area for help or even any kind of drink or food service which was very surprising to me. I am not disappointed in our stay and I would go back, I guess I just thought there would be more assistance and/or service around.
