The condo smelled damp and musty as soon as we entered. In addition, there was notable bloodstain on the comforter as well as yellow staining on the pillow. I had also asked for additional towels and was told that the point of the washer and dryer and the units was for us to wash our laundry ourselves. in addition, there was a large stain on the couch. They had also given us two small sets of shampoo and conditioner, and when I asked for more, they stated that I must buy it myself. For clarification, the condo that we rented was listed for six people. In addition, the elevators broke down on an almost daily basis during our seven days day. Going up and down six flights upstairs is aIn addition, the elevators broke down on an almost daily basis during our seven days day. Going up and down six flights upstairs is a really tough experience, especially when it’s feeling about 97° with the humidity. And especially with luggage or any grocery bags. Finally, they failed to mention that there is new construction of a building right next to our condo with construction starting as early as 630 to 7 AM almost every day of the week. Disappointed by the lack of Explanation/solution regarding any of our concerns. Front desk was not helpful with any of our request.

Our condo has a full kitchen. This helped make our stay more affordable. It appears all the rooms are ocean views. They have three pools and none of them were crowded. It was like our own home away from home.

I loved this property. It was in a perfect location. The workers were out every morning cleaning the property.

Stayed with 2 toddlers for spring break, and we had a wonderful time! The pools and hot tub were wonderful and perfect for our needs. The condo is spacious with fully stocked kitchen. We had breakfasts on the patio every morning and dined in twice so we could enjoy the sunset. There were 1 king bed plus 2 full size beds plus 2 bathrooms in our condo! We got a taste of what it feels like to “live” in Aruba instead of staying in a hotel room. We even did some light laundry and used dish washer. It’s perfect for families with small children. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. The place appeared to be clean overall, but then you would notice corners and places that weren’t as clean, especially the patio. We had to give it a good wipe down before use, so did the kitchen counter and sink. Other than that, we had a great time.
