I booked the hotel and noticed I booked the wrong day straightaway. Called Hotels.com and the hotel but none of them are helpful or at least give me a definite yes no answer to see if I can revise my booking. Disappointed

Poor customer service

Room was nice but the buffet breakfast was bad. Restaurant was crowded & staffs were not helpful nor friendly. Moreover, we asked for extra blanket but were told there’s no extra blanket in the whole hotel.

AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM NOT WORKING PROPERLY. i COULDN'T SLEEP. Went to front desk for help, they sent a "technician" who did nothing . Bed was uncomfortable too.

Excellent hotel for business travelers.

Loved this hotel. It was clean and got a great view. The blue theme was so relaxing! It's also worth noting that the breakfast was of good quality.

good quiet location

Located in a new contructed area, between commercial and residential buildings.Nice infrastructure to walk around. Not too busy, as is not a turist area. The Subway station is really close to the hotel, in case you want to visit a turist and busy area as Tianyi Square and Laowaitan.
