Inconsistency is the word.
House Keeping missed providing towels one day
Reception never answered phone - had to go down stairs to ask questions
Room service version of same item avsilable at pool cafe was completely different & presentation was horrible and poor taste & and only explanation was it was different chef
Room was very noisy
Scent for toiletries was a mens musk smell
Mattresses too firm (hard as rocks)
Over-all 2 star maximum

We loved the location of this property....right along the Promenade and very close to a tram station from where you can go anywhere in Nice.

This was a great place for us to stay given it’s location to the beach, walkway to city center and old town and for those days we were tired, we took the Tram just behind the hotel.
Only Pascal was helpful. The other staff struggled to understand us as we mostly spoke English. This resulted in us not being able to order room service or get the front desk to help us make change/smaller bills for tips around the hotel.
Pool staff girl nice was haggard and we didn’t want to bother her for drinks cause she was so tired and busy.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from. Comfortable room and perfect location.

Ideal location to explore Nice. Right along the coast with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were very nice and we enjoyed the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant very much.

The hotel and staff were great. Very clean, spacious rooms. The area behind the hotel is neat if you’re willing to explore. There is a great crepes place and kabob place within walking distance. There is no shop in the hotel for drinks and snacks, but there is a fully stocked gas station next door. We rented the scooters from the hotel everyday. Barely needed to drive. Uber is quick in the area. Loved our stay in Nice ❤️
