This property was a let down due to a very loud buzzing sound coming from my bathroom ceiling every 5 minutes or so. I complained to staff twice and no one followed up. When I checked out I mentioned it a third time and the gentleman at the desk seemed to indicate it was not the first time he had heard of this noise. I even showed him a video I took wherein the noise could be heard. This noise prevented me from sleeping every night except for the one night I took Benadryl to sleep because i just couldn’t handle another night of no sleep. Lack of sleep during this trip along with jet lag was unbearable. I will never stay at another Best Western owned property.

Love the residential location but with close proximity to Place Massena and Old Town Nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Made our short stay in Nice very pleasant.

The hotel was fabulous my room was beautiful and had a balcony overlooking a courtyard. Hotel is very clean and lovely decor. Breakfast was delicious especially the madeleine. The staff were fantastic very friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel is located about 15mins from the old town and there is a lovely French restaurant (le bistro de gillou) 2mins walk from the hotel.

Amazing Hotel..perfect location yet quiet and safe. staff was amazing, hotel was impeccably clean. would stay here again should the opportunity arise.
