Location was ideal to the Falls. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very close to the falls, casino, and dining. They advertise that there is a Keurig in the rooms, so brought my favorite brew from home. The machine didn't work. They brought a 2nd one, same thing, then a 3rd. Still no go. The downstairs layout is odd. There is a bar adjoining two fast food restaurants. So, you have to order from separate venues instead of putting items on same order. Breakfast is in the same area. It was a nice breakfast on the Sunday I was there, but rather skimpy the other days. The facility itself seems run down. On more than one occasion, I heard staff sounding upset about others.
