The hallways had this odour like puke and stale smoke The carpets going down were dirty and no one cleaned it while we were there. No elevator

The ad on expedia worded such that it has breakfast. Normally the hotels who does not have breakfast included, mention it clearly. This property has given a discount coupon for Apple Bees. When I asked about this, the receptionist has blamed Expedia for this misrepresentation. If this is the case, then Expedia should take the blame and solve the issue. I donot have any complain about other things such as cleanliness, staff and service.

All in all the room was nice but had no cable for 2 days and even talking to front desk which was all a bunch of no communicating with us.. and the fact that when we checked in they never said anything about us requesting house keeping.. came to my room Friday afternoon and my room wasn’t clean cause apparently you need to request house keeping which they never mentioned to us when we checked in
