Cracked sink, dated bathroom, unhoovered carpet, frayed carpet, clean bed.
Major concern was on your sourcing it said 11 miles from Silverstone Circuit where i had to be today and when i checked on my sat nav last night it was actually 20 miles therefore luckily i checked and allowed additional time as your advert was completely misleading.
Very disappointing first experience with yourselves.

The staff was not responsive to needs, especially the restaurant. Housekeeping was a big gold star. Could not have been more helpful.

For a motorway hotel it is good quality, always clean. I use this hotel several times each year as it is about halfway a long journey i do. What is impressive is the consistent high standard, I've never had a bad experience there.

Easy to find and convenient for service station outlets.
Older property, which was as expected, but clean and tidy. Beds are not as comfortable as rivals (Premier Inn / Travelodge)
