The room is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is close to all facilities and Newcastle light rail station

The hotel is right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and clean, and had its own balcony area. The furniture was modern and new-ish.

Spacious, comfortable but questionable deposit

Room was incredibly spacious. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pool was comfortable and relaxing. Pool towels are a little small as they barely wrap around an adult. The deposit is an inconvenience as they still get an imprint of your credit card like every other hotel. For an overnight stay, the deposit is a bit much.

Birds were loud in the trees outside and bird crap everywhere
