Very kind of the customer service officer, who called me saturday morning, to relocate me to ALLOGGIO THORNTON for the night. Much nicer accommodation!

Tired & sad

Very average, no pin for door could not get into room !! Bathroom very sad needing major clean. Cannot add photos to site ??

Not much at all. Extremely noisy and dirty and the room absolutely stunk. We opened the fridge and the smell was disgusting.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Had bed bugs and baby cockroaches in our beds, had to drive all the way home cos it was too late to find alternate accommodation then got refused a refund from the hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

Do not stay at this property it is not safe! The one night I stayed was the most frightening experience of my life. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. The property has a locked entry and no staff onsite. The 'facility' accommodates mental health patients alongside regular unsuspecting guests. The night I was there, one of the tenants had a psychotic episode. I was subjected to screaming, banging and wailing all night. At one point through the night I looked outside to see if anyone was hurt, someone was running down the hallway with a knife. The person banged on my door and tried to get in, I was terrified. I called the Police for help, however prior to their arrival; the psychotic person broke a window downstairs and smashed furniture, then ran away screaming welding a knife. The Police stated that the facility was once a nice bed and breakfast, before it turned into a med stay. When I tried to contact the Manager of the facility (I got an answering machine) and left a message. I left the property early that morning and found more suitable and safe accommodation. Later that day a staff member called and stated that I would be fully refunded. I paid $1,149 and was refunded $1,046.94 after 3 days. I still had to pay for a night of hell and definitely the worst night of my life. Other reviews noted the smell in the hallway, well I agree...it was horrendous, kind of like vomit and garbage mixed together. I understand now why the kitchen had no equipment.

Our hotel is not a med facility and this instance only happened once. Our property has also been cleaned up (the hallway you mentioned), and we have our housekeeping team that makes sure the entire property is ready and clean for all our guests. Our hotel is well taken cared of by our team and we assure our guests that incident will not happen again.

The shower was not clean and the room give too much small . Maybe someone smoke inside. The blanket give small. The room is not for family living.

The size of the room was Ok. It was just the odour in the passage and the kitchen sink was always dirty, whilst one the microwaves was filthy.
