Our non smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes. Had to wait an hour for the shuttle coming from the airport (the morning shift shuttle driver was much more reliable). Front desk staff takes forever to answer the phone.

My son and I stayed here for UFC 302. Great experience! Check-in wasn't till 3 and we arrived at 1pm. Staff was super friendly and got us a room 2 hours early!!!

Only stayed one night before a cruise. Bathroom vanity was tired and damaged. The down button on the 4th floor of the elevator was falling off and not working.
